New unaltered items can be returned with in a 14 day period of time
Contact us via email at blake@shumateleashcollar.com to get the return process started. Return amount will be returned to payment method used for original purchase.
Returns may take 5-8 days to process.
You (consumer) are responsible for return shipping costs

Returns via UPS or FEDEX can be sent to Shumate Leash and Collar 320 Sugar Street, Hooversville, PA 15936
Items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Dog collars with a Shumate leash and collar installed brass name plate/tag will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We Do Not offer exchanges of products.
Shipping policy
We offer flat rate shipping for $1.99 this only applies to basic ground services through USPS, UPS, FEDEX
If an order cannot be sent through ground services a freight shipping quote will be made and you (consumer would be responsible for shipping charges)
Orders placed with in the USA typically will ship via USPS bulk orders may ship UPS or FEDEX
Orders are typically fulfilled within 1-3 business days (if the time will be longer, you will be notified by a banner on website)
